Fungi isolated with „insect bait method" from humus, municipal wastes compost and sewage treatment plant sludge

Abstract


Larvae of Ephestia kühniella were used as an „insect bait" for ihe isolation of fungi from the investigated materiais. M. anisopliae and P. fumosoroseus were die dominant fungi in humus. B. bassiana and P. fumosoroseus were the dominant fungi in municipal wastes compost. No entomopathogenic fungi were isolated from sewage treatment plant sludge.
