Tyhula subvariabilis new species in the mycoflora of Poland

Maria Dynowska

Abstract

Typhula subvariabilis Berthier is a new species in the mycoflora of Poland. U has been discovered on the leaves of Corylus avellana L. at Wójtowo near Olsztyn. Considering the morphology and anatomy of the fruit bodies the presented species resemble those of T. variabilis Riess (B e r t h i e r, 1976). The most significant differences between the two species concern the structure of the sclerotia (Dynowska, 1986).
