The occcurrence in Poland of Helminthosporium pedicellatum Henry, the imperfect stage of Trichometrasphaeria pedicellata Nelson

Abstract


In the summer of 1967 colonies of a fungus from the genus Helminthosporium whose microscopic characters corresponded to the description of Helminthosporium pedicellatum Henry were isolated from the youngest wheat roots. There has so far been no mention of this species in Polish mycological literature.
