Studies on some zoosporic fungi in soils of Upper Egypt
Abstract
In the present paper forty-five zoosporic members of the aquatic fungi as well as some unidentified species belonging to seventeen genera were recorded Nowakowskiella, Saprolegnia, Pythium, Rhizohlyctis and Achlya were the most common genera of occurrence. Some physical and chemical properties of soil such as temperature calcium content total soluble salts and organic matter content are positively correlated with the of population zoosporic fungal.
