Micropropagation of Oenothera biennis L. and an assay of fatty acids

Abstract


The species Oenothera biennis L. was micropropagated in in vitro cultures. After transferring to the ground plants developed correctly and generated fruits with seeds. The content of oil and γ-linolenic acid in seeds was determined.
