Fungi of Mt. Babia Góra. II. Indicative value of macromycetes in the forest associations

Abstract


Mycosociological investigations were performed in the course of 8-year observations on 65 permanent plots, set by a phytosociologist in homogenous patches of 8 strictly definite forest associations, developed on Mt. Babia Góra on slopes of north and south exposure. In this part of the elaboration only preliminary remarks, methods of investigation and mycofloristic description of forests confined to the lower montane forest zone is comprised.
