Nutrient solution requirements of representatives of the Penicillium clavigerum section

Abstract


It appeared that the species from the Penicillium clavigerum section require for optimum growth a nutrient solotion composed of: 0,2g NaCl; 0,2g MgSO4-7H2O; 0,1g CaCl2; 0,87g KH2PO4; 0,14g K2HPO4; 4,05mg ZnSO4-7H2O;4,43mg MnSO4-4H2O; 0,5mg FeSO4-4H2O, the presence of vitamins from the group B and of organic N being essential.
