Fees

Basic fee for the Conference participation is 950 PLN* and includes:

  • Conference bag containing Book of Abstracts with ISBN number and other relevant materials
  • Publication of an article in the Acta Societatis Botanicorum Poloniae (ASBP) journal or international monograph. Articles will be selected and reviewed according to the ASBP editorial policies (https://pbsociety.org.pl/journals/index.php/asbp/about).
  • Participation in:
    • welcome reception
    • scientific sessions
    • lunches
    • coffee break
    • excursion to special places in Bialystok City.
  • Space for one poster presentation as main author
  • Internet access.

Travel/accommodation expenses are not included in basic fee!

Participants will receive a conference badge upon registration. Badges must be worn throughout all scientific activities.

 

* As an option, payments in EUR are possible as well. The fees in Euro are calculated as: 1 EUR = ca. 3.9 PLN.
